Su arquitectura es tipo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.subaru.es\/blog\/2007\/09\/10\/razones-para-elegir-un-motor-boxer\/\">b\u00f3xer<\/a>, es decir, como los Porsche, tiene los cilindros situados de forma horizontal, enfrentados unos a otros. Con ello, el centro de gravedad baja, lo que beneficia el comportamiento en carretera. Adem\u00e1s, ahora va colocado 10 mil\u00edmetros m\u00e1s abajo en el vano motor.<\/p>\n<p><center><img data-src='https:\/\/www.subaru.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/motor-impreza-sti.jpg' alt='motor-impreza-sti.jpg' src='data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==' class='lazyload' style='--smush-placeholder-width: 475px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 475\/404;' \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Su cifra de par motor son unos impresionantes <strong>407 Newton metro a 4.000 vueltas<\/strong>, caracter\u00edstica que explica porqu\u00e9 este es uno de los motores que parece que tiene todav\u00eda m\u00e1s potencia de la que anuncian: es una cifra similar a la de <strong>motores atmosf\u00e9ricos de 4 a 4.5 litros de cilindrada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El incremento de rendimiento frente al modelo anterior se debe a diversas evoluciones, como el control electr\u00f3nico del acelerador, que mejora su eficiencia y rapidez de respuesta. Tambi\u00e9n al ajuste del <strong>sistema de admisi\u00f3n y emisi\u00f3n de las v\u00e1lvulas (doble AVCS)<\/strong>, al nuevo sistema de escape y al conjunto turbina-compresor. Las camisas de los cilindros han sido reforzadas, y el intercooler es ahora m\u00e1s grande.<\/p>\n<p><center><img data-src='https:\/\/www.subaru.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/motor-impreza-sti3.jpg' alt='motor-impreza-sti3.jpg' src='data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==' class='lazyload' style='--smush-placeholder-width: 475px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 475\/252;' \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Como pod\u00e9is leer en el post N\u00famero 3 de esta serie, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.subaru.es\/blog\/2008\/01\/17\/subaru-impreza-sti-la-gran-prueba-%e2%80%93-3-los-reglajes\/\">\u201cLos Reglajes\u201d<\/a>, el motor cuenta con tres modos diferentes de uso que el conductor puede seleccionar seg\u00fan prefiera m\u00e1s deportividad y rapidez de respuesta, o por el contrario, suavidad y econom\u00eda. <strong>Este motor cumple las normas anticontaminaci\u00f3n Euro IV<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prestaciones<\/strong><br \/>\nSon de infarto, uno de los grandes atractivos de este veh\u00edculo. La velocidad m\u00e1xima alcanza los <strong>250 km\/h<\/strong> y es capaz de alcanzar los 100 km\/h, desde la posici\u00f3n de parado, en <strong>5,2 segundos<\/strong>.
